There is nothing more refreshing than a bowl of real, fresh food to help energize my cells, create a

sense of vitality and well-being and all on a wellllll……. cellular level of course! Simply take out some

fresh herbs of choice (my faves are dill, cilantro and parsley) and chop them up to release their unique

flavors then place them on top of some chopped broccoli florets, green apples, carrots, red onions,

celery and romaine lettuce for a nice crunch! No specific right or wrong way, just get to chopping and

throw it all in a bowl, top with your favorite home-made dressing (or organic store bought) and enjoy!!!
