Warm Turmeric Milk with Honey, so soothing and delicious!
2 cups dairy free milk ( organic coconut milk in can, almond, cashew etc)
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon unrefined organic coconut oil, optional
1 teaspoon organic ground turmeric
1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
pinch of organic black pepper
pinch of organic ground ginger
MIX THE INGREDIENTS. Simply pour all ingredients into a small saucepan until warm and enjoy after dinner or in the morning : )
