2 Tablespoons of Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder, I used this http://amzn.to/1YgsEs4
1 (8-9) 0z jar of Organic Fruit preserves, I used this http://amzn.to/1SYcyBM
2 Tablespoons Raw/Organic and local honey. I used one from a local farmers market close to my house here in NJ.
2 Tablespoons Organic Avocado oil that I purchase at the local BJ’s Warehouse Store but you can get the same one here http://amzn.to/1O5UXKa and
2 Organic Eggs beaten and I get those at my local BJ’s Warehouse, Health Food Store or Farmers Market when open!
This is super easy, just beat the eggs first and place into a large glass mixing bowl then add all of the other ingredients and stir just until lumps are gone. If you find you need more flour just add a little at a time and stir to make it the right consistency.
Heat avocado or coconut oil in pan on medium heat and place mixture one ladle at a time into the pan. When you see bubbles forming all over the pancakes that’s your cue to flip!
